Angels
Angels and humans are different. The biblical view of angels is that they are celestial beings. Superior to man, Simply; we are of the earth, they are heavenly beings. I know it’s popular to say ‘BUT’, when a person dies they do not become an angel. Another title people like to give angels is Saint. such as Saint Michael, angels can’t be saints. Saint means saved through the Blood of Jesus. Angels have no need to be saved.
The word angel means messenger. That doesn’t mean all angels are messengers, it indicates that in encounters with mankind they are delivering God’s message[s] to us. Such as the work of the Angel of Death in Egypt. Or as in the birth of our Lord, to the shepherds, etc. It is safe to say they are performing God’s mission towards mankind on earth. Most times they appear to be human, but I believe that is because we probably couldn’t handle their true appearance. Remember that they also reflect the glory of God.
Fallen angels are completely different because they have given up their place in heaven and will face judgment with Satan at the Great White Throne Judgment Seat because they rebelled against God. 2 Peter 2:4 For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment;
I have lost count of how many times I have heard someone say that when we die and go to heaven we become angels. This is a huge misconception. When a person dies they go to one of two places. Either hell waiting judgment, or paradise [not heaven]. Remember “And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23:43
We have been different from the very beginning. The angels were around when the earth was created, including man. Job 38.
They are also always considered superior to man.
Of course Paul does tell us that the saints of God will also judge angels. But this is fallen angels.
Angels are different beings.
Remember that they were already with God and are not under the sin of Adam. Because they are already in the presence of God, there is no need to obtain Salvation. If you have proof that an angel can become a saint please show me the Chapter and Verse that supports your position.
God created us to be different, in Genesis He said let them produce after their own kind {mankind}.
That is one major reason why evolution is false because nobody has ever shown a dog that used to be a frog or a flower for that matter.
Angels were created before man and are sexless. Remember Matthew 22:29-30 Jesus answered and said to them, “You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God.” . 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven. *I don’t know how the Nephilim could be produced, but I suspect someday we will know.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God.
But that does not mean we become angels, it means there is no sexual relations in heaven, period!

Some names of the Nephilim
“The Nefilim (‘Fallen Ones’) bore many other tribal names, such as Emim (‘Terrors’), Repha’im (‘Weakeners’), Gibborim (‘Giant Heroes’), Zamzummim (‘Achievers’), Anakim (‘Long-necked’ or ‘Wearers of Necklaces’), Awwim (‘Devastators’ or ‘Serpents’). One of the Nefilim named Arba is said to have built the city of Hebron, called ‘Kiriath-Arba’ after him, and become the father of Anak whose three sons, Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai, were later expelled by Joshua’s comrade Caleb. Since, however, arba means ‘four’ in Hebrew, Kiriath-Arba may have originally have meant ‘City of Four,’ a reference to its four quarters mythically connected with the Anakite clans: Anak himself and his ‘sons’ Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai.”.
The bible says that they are now called evil spirits.
There may be many more, but all Angels of God are part of what is known as the Heavenly Host.
The worship of angels is strictly forbidden, it is idol worship, breaking the 2nd Commandment.
We are never to pray to Angels or Saints, but to the Father in the name of the Son. Whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. John 16
