Do onto others

Do onto others

I just had a conversation with someone who related a story about how a couple had ripped them off. He was promised a down payment and the balance paid when the job was finished.

It started out great, the arrangement was to stay at the house with food provided. The down payment was made and things were going well. Until the work was finished then all of a sudden the food had to be payed for. Then the Balance was not paid. That almost ended it, except for what the worker did to retaliate.

What he did was to ruin much of the work he had done. The couple ended up having to get it redone. I asked him what the Bible says about his actions. His response was that he didn’t care what the bible says because they deserved it.

First of all I’m not excusing anything the couple did. When we give our word it becomes a contract between the parties. What makes it worse is that both parties were “Christians” and God has a standard for us. Golden Rule, precept in the Gospel of Matthew 7:12 “Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.” This rule of conduct is a summary of the Christian’s duty to his neighbor and states a fundamental ethical principle.

Basically how you do to one another is how you will be accountable to God. The first people did evil, but 2nd was just as guilty. There are legal ways to deal with anyone who cheats you. Too retaliate gives you a false justice. And yes I know even from personal actions how much satisfaction is desired.

Romans 12:19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. If you do it yourself, God won’t, or maybe both parties will answer.

It’s very human to want to react with emotion. The Gift of Scripture is knowing God’s ways. The gift of Salvation means having the Holy Spirit to guide us. Something that people try to ignore is that God doesn’t change.

Jesus never said it would be easy. He said He would be with us through everything. Matthew 28:20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Lord our God, help us to trust you in all circumstances.

May God bless you, Dan Beliveau

Contact from beyond

This is about a subject that many people may or may not be familiar with. My purpose is not to insult or make anyone feel like I’m putting them down. This is about something many people don’t know about or just ignore.

There are many times when a loved one passes away we can get a message from God or them. The person may appear to us, or through a medium. What I’m going to share is some answers for these things.

First: Once in a great while a valid message will come to us. In that case the Holy Spirit is giving us some message to help brace us for what has happened. Be aware that will not be an ongoing thing.

Second: There are times when our dead relative or a very close friend will come to us in visions or in person. In those times we can seem to find great peace. The “person” will know things not really public, and have comforting words and answers.

What happens in the the 2nd scenario is a vision or dream where “holy” beings bring us messages. Another thing can be the “loved one” or a being shows up to speak with us. I know of one person who’s twin sister died. Her sister would show up in the closet and speak to her.

Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living know that they will die;
But the dead know nothing, And they have no more reward,
For the memory of them is forgotten. * This doesn’t mean the dead have no knowledge of their environment, but it means is when we die we have no earthly knowledge of people or things. There is no sorrow or tears with the Lord, and hell is a place of reflection of our time on earth {see my article on hell}.

If someone comes to you in a dream, in person or through a Medium, a psychic, etc. Your being contacted by a Familiar Spirit or Fallen Angel. Satan uses this way to come across at first as understanding. This can be wonderful because we miss them so much. Sadly it can be very easy to accept. Because when we’re hurting so much getting away from the pain is what we want the most.,

Sooner or later the messages can start changing and become more controlling, which is ok because it’s “mom”, etc who is telling us these things and that is ok because they have moved on and would know the “truth”.

Something else that can happen is, people will think they hear or see ghosts. Usually it’s noises or things moving and can be very alarming. One thing people will believe that because someone died there, it’s haunted. Again the dead have no contact with us and actual ghosts don’t exist.

The whole purpose of this article is to warn everyone that Satan hates humans and his purpose is to bring many to damnation with him. He is very cunning and knows not only Scripture better than any human. He also is really good at twisting anything. He will use whatever trick he can to deceive us.

First thing we must always do is read the Bible and learn God’s word. We must pray and ask for discernment and strength. God loves us but He wants us to come to Him. The Holy Spirit is always here, but we have freedom of choice.

If these things happen, the only valid response is very simple. Cleary say “In the Name of Jesus begone”. Demons can’t fight against His name.

Bless you in the name of the Holy Undivided Trinity, Dan Beliveau

Exodus 3:14 And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ” 15 Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.’

1 Chronicles 16:26 For all the gods of the peoples are idols,
But the Lord made the heavens.

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. *
44:24 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer,
And He who formed you from the womb:
“I am the Lord, who makes all things,
Who stretches out the heavens [a]all alone,
Who spreads abroad the earth by Myself; *
Nehemiah 9:6 You alone are the Lord;
You have made heaven,
The heaven of heavens, with all their host,
The earth and everything on it,
The seas and all that is in them,
And You preserve them all.
The host of heaven worships You. * “You are the Lord God,
Who chose Abram,
And brought him out of Ur of the Chaldeans,
And gave him the name Abraham; 12 Moreover You led them by day with a cloudy pillar,
And by night with a pillar of fire,
To give them light on the road
Which they should travel. 13 “You came down also on Mount Sinai,
And spoke with them from heaven,
And gave them just ordinances and true laws,
Good statutes and commandments. 15 You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, And brought them water out of the rock for their thirst,
And told them to go in to possess the land
Which You had sworn to give them. 21 Forty years You sustained them in the wilderness; They lacked nothing; Their clothes did not wear out
And their feet did not swell.

John 1:1 n the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. 8:53 Are You greater than our father Abraham, who is dead? And the prophets are dead. Who do You make Yourself out to be?”54 Jesus answered, “If I honor Myself, My honor is nothing. It is My Father who honors Me, of whom you say that He is [a]your God. 55 Yet you have not known Him, but I know Him. And if I say, ‘I do not know Him,’ I shall be a liar like you; but I do know Him and keep His word. 56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.” 57 Then the Jews said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?” 58 Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” 10:30 I and My Father are one.”

1 Corinthians 10:all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.

Colossians 1:13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and [c]conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. 2:For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;

Matthew 1:23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

Hebrews 1:has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 10 10 “You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands.

Revelation 1:“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” 19:13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

Mark 14:62 Jesus said, “I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.”

Luke 22:70 Then they all said, “Are You then the Son of God?” So He said to them, “You rightly say that I Am.”

Ephesians3:and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;

Psalms 33:6 By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.

Illegitimate Teaching: “Anything that goes against the Word of God.”

Illegitimate Teaching: “Anything that goes against the Word of God.” ******** Rabbi Moshe Laurie

“Sola Fidei Regula” The Bible is the only Authoritative voice of God.

GOA Douglas McArthur said in his final address at West Point. “When I wake I think of the Corp. Throughout the day I think of the Corp. On my death bed, my last thoughts will be of the Corp.”

Belief that strong in anything such as money, status, power, an organization, etc, gains us nothing. Unless our first thoughts of the day are of the Cross, when we witness it is thoughts are of the Cross and on our death bed our thoughts are of the Cross, we have not given the Lord our all.

Full Submission to Jesus is what leads to true peace. This world is fleeting, but the gift of the Cross will last forever.

Romans Road to Salvation

Romans 3:23  for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 3:10 As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one;
11 There is none who understands;
There is none who seeks after God.
12 They have all turned aside;
They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one.”
13 “Their throat is an open [a]tomb;
With their tongues they have practiced deceit”;
“The poison of asps is under their lips”;
14 “Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16 Destruction and misery are in their ways;
17 And the way of peace they have not known.”
18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

5:8  But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 10:13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” 8:29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

Assurance of Salvation

Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 5:Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. John 5:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. 1 Corinthians 1:God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1Thessalonians 5:24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. Ephesians 1:13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 1 John 5:11 And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Rapture

Daniel 12 “At that time Michael shall stand up,
The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people;
And there shall be a time of trouble,
Such as never was since there was a nation,
Even to that time.
And at that time your people shall be delivered,
Every one who is found written in the book.
And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake,
Some to everlasting life,
Some to shame and everlasting [a]contempt.
Those who are wise shall shine
Like the brightness of the firmament,
And those who turn many to righteousness
Like the stars forever and ever. “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” Matthew 24:26 “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together. Mark 13:

The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked Him privately, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign when all these things will be fulfilled?”

And Jesus, answering them, began to say: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He,’ and will deceive many. But when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows.

“But watch out for yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. You will be brought before rulers and kings for My sake, for a testimony to them. 10 And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations. 11 But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit. 12 Now brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. 24 “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; 25 the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. 26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven. Revelation 3:10 Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. 11 Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.

Introduction to Freemasonry

1 Peter 2:5 ..and like living stones be yourselves built into a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Christ Jesus.”

This verse and others are used in Masonic ceremonies.

Except that the name of Jesus Christ is, in every case… removed. A church report into Freemasonry commented. ‘Frequently in Masonic ritual the inspired Word of God is seriously mutilated, and in many instances this mutilation consists in the omission of the name of Jesus Christ.

In Mackey’s Masonic Ritualist the name of Christ is omitted from 1 Peter 2:5 (p. 271), 2 Thessalonians 3:6 (p. 348), and 2 Thessalonians 3:12 (p. 349). With reference to the elision of the Savior’s name from 1 Peter 2:5 the following explanation is offered: “The passages are taken, with slight but necessary modifications from the First Epistle of Peter” (p. 272).

The reason for this modification is obvious. Masonry does not claim to be Christian but, on the contrary, purports to be the essence of all religions; therefore, its ritual has no place for distinctly Christian material.
That the omission of the Name which is above every name is described as a slight but necessary modification speaks volumes.  (The Orthodox Presbyterian Church)

My Son

My Son

This is great, take a moment to read it, it will make your day! The ending will surprise you.

Take my Son…..

A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art.

They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael.

They would often sit together and admire the great works of art..

When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war.

He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier.

The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.

About a month later, just before Christmas,

There was a knock at the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands..

He said, ‘Sir, you don’t know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life.

He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety

when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly…

He often talked about you, and your love for art.’ The young man held out this package.

‘I know this isn’t much. I’m not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this.’

The father Opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man.

He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting.

The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears.

He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture..

‘Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for me. It’s a gift.’

The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home,

he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected.

The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings.

Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings

and having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection.

On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gavel.

‘We will start the bidding with this picture of the son.

Who will bid for this picture?’ There was silence…

Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, ‘We want to see the famous paintings. Skip this one.’

But the auctioneer persisted. ‘Will somebody bid for this painting? Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?’

Another voice angrily. ‘We didn’t come to see this painting. We came to see the Van Gogh’s, the Rembrandts.

Get on with the Real bids! But still the auctioneer continued. ‘The son! The son! Who’ll take the son?’

Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the longtime gardener of the man and his son.

‘I’ll give $10 for the painting…’ Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

‘We have $10, who will bid $20?’ ‘Give it to him for $10. Let’s see the masters.’

The crowd was becoming angry. They didn’t want the picture of the son.

They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.

The auctioneer pounded the gavel.. ‘Going once, twice, SOLD for $10!’

A man sitting on the second row shouted, ‘Now let’s get on with the collection!’

The auctioneer laid down his gavel. ‘I’m sorry, the auction is over.’

‘What about the paintings?’

‘I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will…

I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned.

Whoever bought that painting would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings.

The man who took the son gets everything!’

God gave His son 2,000 years ago to die on the cross.

Much like the auctioneer, His message today is: ‘The son, the son, who’ll take the son?

Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything.

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON,
WHO SO EVER BELIEVETH, SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE…THAT’S LOVE

About Your Spiritual Gifts

About Your Spiritual Gifts * From churchgrowth.org

Spiritual gifts are tools God gives Christians to do the work of the ministry — to fulfill the Great Commission to reach, baptize, and teach and to minister to one another. Every Christian receives at least one gift at the moment of salvation. Spiritual gifts are not rewards, are not natural talents, are not a place of service, are not an age-group ministry, and are not a specialty ministry. They express themselves through various ministries which, in turn, accomplish a variety of results.

A spiritual gift is the primary channel by which the Holy Spirit ministers the believer. It is a supernatural capacity for service to God — and He gives you a supernatural desire to perform the duties of that gift. Spiritual gifts are tools for building the church. They are a source of joy in your Christian life and influence your motives. A spiritual gift is a divine calling with a divine responsibility, because what God has gifted you to do, He has called you to do, and what He has called you to do, He has gifted you to do.

Three categories of spiritual gifts exist:

CATEGORY ONE: The Miraculous Gifts, generally known today as Charismatic Gifts (apostles, tongues, interpretation of tongues, healing, and miracles).

CATEGORY TWO: The Enabling Gifts, which all Christians have the ability to develop (faith, discernment, wisdom, and knowledge — qualities possessed rather than activities performed). Many scholars combine these gifts with others, based on the similarity of these gift characteristics and the synonyms used by Paul to describe them in Scripture. For example, some scholars combine Discernment with Prophecy, Knowledge with Teaching, Wisdom with Exhortation, and Hospitality with Serving.

CATEGORY THREE: the Team Gifts, which are service-, ministry-, task-oriented or are activities performed such as teaching. The Team Gifts are functional and involve speaking or ministering. Chances are, you have several of these gifts that vary in degrees and intensity. In many cases, spiritual gifts may complement your secular employment. The Spiritual Gifts Survey you took identified your dominant TEAM GIFTS, which will help find your place on God’s team in your church.

Me: I don’t believe the gift of Apostle exists any longer. All the Apostles had personal physical contact with Jesus.

Our Future

Our Future

As I look around at what is happening in the world today I am sure that we are close to the Tribulation. The Church will be removed {Rapture} and most people will become like robots. Look at George Orwell’s 1984 and you’ll get a small idea of what it would be like.

Governments are removing human rights and speech is being twisted and controlled. We can not stop what God has ordained. But you can escape it by becoming part of the body of Christ. The link is at the bottom. Please take a look.
